| Over the years, even when I was involved
in fields other than architecture, I continued to be invited by various
architectural colleges as a jury member or a visiting faculty or also
for conducting workshops. This has given me the opportunity to keep
updated and also to travel and explore various regions. I have been
documenting traditional houses in various states- Rajasthan, Gujarat,
Kerala, Goa and Karnataka in the form of sketches, photographs and
video. This exposure has helped me to develop a personal architectural
vocabulary rooted in tradition. |
